Dizziness

I get dizzy a lot. The first time I went to the doctor, I got told I was anaemic. That got sorted and no further anaemia.

The second time I went about a year later because I thought I was anaemic again. I had a blood test and I got told I had a vitamin B9/12 deficiency (I can’t remember which it was). I was taken off those tablets in October and blood test revealed it was fine.

Since then, my dizziness has been on and off and it’s really frustrating.

Recently, I’ve been more hungry (yet not eating more really), sweating beyond control (which is super embarrassing. I have to wear black tshirts to stop it showing, and I wear my hoodie around people). My ear has also been more ‘whooshy’ (I have a cholesteatoma).

I have low(ish) blood pressure (not significantly, just enough to be not normal) and a fast(ish) heart rate (98-99bpm at the moment. It’s never below 90 when resting. If I’m doing something while walking around like changing bin bags it goes up to 140+). If I change my position from lying down to sitting up (and vice versa) my head will ‘whoosh’, sometimes badly. I also have a high metabolism and no matter what I eat, I don’t ever stay above 7 stone 2Ib.

It’s really frustrating that I can never get an answer, because the ones I get are always temporary fixes.

Today it happened. I had had a belvita breakfast bar (chocolate chip- my favourite) (I don’t like cereal because I don’t like milk as I used to be allergic to it) for breakfast at around two hours before my lunch. I was feeling dizzy at around 12 so half an hour later I was able to have my lunch but it made me feel a weird nauseous feeling (this started just when I was eating my sandwiches). I forced it down anyway but it wasn’t enjoyable.

Now that I’m lying down I feel a weird weakness, which I also get a lot.
