Dizziness

Dear friends,

In 2014 I got my first giddiness attack,I fell down and felt all the floors on top of me and started sweating like I was under a bath shower,vomiting,even not able to walk properly,so much afraid and thought I got heart attack. My pulse BP all normal at that time. Doctor at first gave some tablets don't remember now,after that I consulted ENT doctors prescribed Betavert but even after that no respite. Then one doctor advised me to take Netscape Plus 10now I'm taking that but still sometimes I get short time head swivel. While driving I get the feeling steering is not my control and feel dizzy and neck pain. Above all that my right ear gradually loosing the power of hearing. Any one having the same kind of experience or is it Vertigo?
