mine is not so much dizziness but a wonky off balance kind of feel. I have noticed that it's worse with weather changes. for example, today we are having storms and my head is feeling wonky. otherwise I can go weeks without it bothering me. right now my symptom of complaint is the wonky eyes. blurred vision, unable to focus kind of feel. Oh the Joys of menopause!

I had dizziness which started at 46 when the whole menopause thing started. It was totally random and I became an expert at disguising it in public, doing things like kneeling down to 'find something in my bag'. It finally stopped after my periods stopped around 53. My top tip would be to always use a trolley in the supermarket, and that gives you something to hold or lean on if need be. Obviously check with your GP if the dizziness is worrying you, but hang in there, it will pass!
