Hi, i have fibromyalgia & understand dizziness is one of the symptoms. But having it 24/7 is no fun. It caused such a big impact on my social & work life. I don't think I can continue with my sales job that pays me a very good income. I am so sad & depressed. Anyone has similar experience & remedy to share? Thanks

I am afraid I haven't heard of dizziness being a symptom. I have vertigo sometimes due to migraines and nausea. Sometimes I have light dizziness due to osteoathritis in my neck. I have never had it without either of those. And it is not very often.
If you haven't already, I would suggest seeing a GP. That's if they will see you.
I hope you can find out the true course and get it treated.
