Dizziness after 10 days

I was prescribed Sertraline for anxiety ten days ago and take 50mg each night.

So far, each day I wake with terrible stomach ache and what I can only describe as a wave of anxiety going through me. This passes but the tummy ache remains all day.

The other thing that I'm experiencing is terrible dizziness, especially when laying down.

Is this normal after 10 days or should I reduce to 25mg? Advice appreciated as never taken this before.
