Dizziness after standing up awhile at work

Hey guys. I googled this situation and all I kept getting was info on getting dizzy when you stand up quickly after sitting or laying down for while. That doest happen to me. What happens to me is, I'll get dizzy after standing or 5 hours or so at work. It'll last around 25 mins then go away. What could this possible mean? Is it the same as when people stand too quickly and get dizzy? I'n guessing not because that isn't what happens to me, but I dont know. For the record, NONE of my previous jobs involved standing for hours like this, one which I only started a few days ago. Is this just a sign of my body adjusting?

You shouldn’t worry too much.. it happens to me sometimes.. if it makes you feel uncomfortable see your GP. Ask them to check your blood pressure.. Ask them to check it when your seating, then ask them to check it from seating to standing.. Please take it easy and don’t worry yourself. It happens to a lot of people.. Try and stand up slowly... have a great day!
