Why do I feel both tired and dizzy?
Also I'm experiencing fatigue and sleep problems ,muscle, headaches, sore throat ,difficulty thinking, remembering, or concentrating .
All these started aboud a year ago and getting more frequent.
Can anyone help at all?

Have you seen a physician and gotten your bloodwork done? If so, was anything off?

Thank you for your reply, What I have not mentioned is I have been diabetic for the past 12 years(Type 2) .I have had full blood test, everything is fine, also two months ago I had a head CT Scan ,that too revealed nothing. the doctors not certain of cause.

yes, get it checked out. Is it hot where you are? because heat and humidity don't help if you have this problem.
