Dizziness and Lightheaded

Started back in November have this feeling of heavy head, dizzy and lightheaded. Sometimes the feeling can best be described as a hangover without the drinking. I have been through the whole spectrum of tests. Holter Monitor, MRI'S. Have been to a Neurologist recently and he prescribed an occipital nerve block. I had this procedure and it helped fro a day or 2 but the symptoms are back. No one knows what is wrong and I hate living like this. Anyone out there have any luck with any off the wall treatments that may have brought some relief?
