Dizziness and Nerological issues with UTI in Young Adult?

Posted , 4 users are following.

I’ve been having trouble uriniating recently and if I do go, I feel I can’t empty my blatter enough like I have to go directly after or I leak into a pad. As of Friday I’ve been having horrible dizziness spells that will stay awhile and then go away. And as of last Tuesday I’ve had increased paranoia and confusion. I know some of these symptoms are part of a UTI in the Elderly, but could it be for me? I’m 27, 28 in two weeks.

Take a fresh urine sample to your doctor's surgery in a clean container (obtained at a pharmacy for a small charge) label it with your name, date and health service number and ask them to test it. They may just dip test it with the immediate result that is or isn't an infection. If it is, it can be sent to a lab to check which organism is causing it and so which antibiotic will be most effective.

Thank you for the advice! Think I’ll go by and leave one as soon as I can get there. Dizziness is horrible today.

    Hey Tiffany,

Almost every month I have the exact same symptoms like yours.

Lemme tell you just one thing you should do as I'm doing it every single day

?Drinking as much WATER as you can,

1 or 2 Lt of water everyday will help you alot plus if you have burning pain or leak when you urinate , there is

a tablet ( called: Phenazopyridine) you can use every 8 hours ONLY for 2 or 3 days and NOT more......

at the same time not stop drinking water 8 glasses of water and more ; you feel immediate urge to empty your bladder like every thirty minutes more or less,

Search about this tablet and look for more information if you like.

Bear in mind, its side effects are not harmful at all and you can make sure your burning pain is greatly reduced by that.

P.S. this medicine turns your urine into orange. It is completely natural. So don't scare.

This tablet washes the walls of your bladder and makes pain less.

    Best.

Thanks! I’ve had so many Utis before and have taken that medication before, I may even have some left. Never had the dizziness and paranoia with one though, it’s so weird. And the confusion is so weird. I said I was 27 and turning 28, I’m currently 28 and turning 29! Good lord have mercy.

Oh no, this sounds very scary.  The confusion is a concern.  Is there a way to get to an urgent care?  I would go have them check this out.  I have had a UTI for a long time, but now it just hurts down there.  Very upsetting.  Also the dizziness.  They are saying mine is caused by menopause 😩. Please let us know how you’re doing.  Praying you find answers and heal quickly 💜🙏🏼

Thank you dear. Yeah I actually have an urgent care right out in front of my apartment here. I’m going to drop off a sample at my doctors I think. Damn near impossible to get an appointment with my doctor and so I may end up doing this or seeing if I can just drop the urine off like Jennifer suggested. Thanks everyone. I’ll keep you guys posted!

      Hi Tiffany,

Did you have any blood test to examine what may have caused dizziness?

Did you consult your doctor about it?

Please let us know about the result.

Went to the urgent care, I was finally able to give them a small sample. I do have a uti. The dizziness however is ear related, apparently I have fluid behind the eardrum. I am dehydrated. I have an antibiotic I’m going to be on for 7 days and my blood work is fine. So hopefully we will see if this works. Thanks guys!

      That's a great news Tiffany.

I'm very happy that it's not serious.

      U will get better soon.

Take a good care of yourself smile
