Dizziness and tingling/pins and needles in chest, head, arms and feet

Last week I had sudden light-headedness and dizziness in the back of my head combined with some tingling in my chest which became so bad I could barely keep my eyes open. I couldn't think straight and kept stopping my talk mid-sentence.

I ended up going to the ED, whilst there my head was still spinning and numb at the back and I couldn't think straight or collect my thoughts, they took an ECG, Blood, Blood Pressure as well as a CT Scan of my brain but all of this appeared to be okay. My hands became cold and tingly and I began to have pins and needles in my hands and feet as well as cramps in my feed, the nurse also had trouble drawing blood which has never happened before. All of this seemed to come in waves.

Suddenly I felt more clear headed (about 3 hours after the onset), and warmth returned to my hands, the cramps went away and the tingling sensation was much less pronounced. I stayed another 3 hours in ED and had another ECG and more blood taken but it all looked okay so they discharged me with a referral for a stress echo test.

During the next few days I noticed some light headedness, increased thirst and urination as well as tiredness but nothing too bad, and it improved to a point where I was back to normal within a few days.

6 days after the first episode I had a stress echo which appeared to go okay, no dizziness or pins and needles, just shortness of breath which is normal. This was in the morning, however on the evening I suddenly became dizzy again, this time much cleared in the head but my heart began racing and my whole chest had pins and needles all over as well as arms, hands and feet, it came in waves but the chest seemed to be tingling non-stop.

Thirty mins later I was freezing cold, had cold hands, shivering, fever, waves of nausea, dry throat and mouth and empty feeling in stomach and chest (like being on a roller coaster), I took an aspirin tablet.

I had cramps but the whole thing lasted about 2 hours this time before seeming to improve.

A few hours later I woke up and had pins and needles and numbness in my upper right chest as well as hands and feet. I took a bath and had a small glass of red wine to try to improve circulation but it lasted about 2 hours before it passed and I could sleep again.

I'm not feeling great at the moment, a bit worried as to what's going on and where to go from here, whether to see a specialist or go back to ED or what I can do to prevent this from happening again.

Any ideas of suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
