Dizziness. Brain Tumor or Anxiety or something else

So randomly I was sat at my desk and out of nowhere I just started feeling really dizzy almost floaty like feeling it lasted a few minutes and I still now feel a little spaced out. When i happened though I got this really weird nervous rush through my body like a massive adrenaline panic hot sweat feelings. Today I have been a little bit spaced out in general but most days I am getting this weird head feelings like spaced out weird vision almost like cloudy vision.

I am scared I also get deja vu a lot.

I am scared could this be a brain tumor and what is this dizziness?

Also I am getting nerve twitches around my body like legs and eyelids.

You may be suffering from dehydration. Drink lots of water throughout the day every day and see if you feel better.

Hey Jonathan. Sounds like your standard panic attack. Are you currently seeking any therapy?

Hi there. please don't allow yourself to just believe the worst. instead, I would get tested for brain tumors and if it comes back fine, you will know it's not that. the nervous system can get out of whack sometimes. did you have a fall or anything? It might be a pinched nerve. you could get a massage possibly to help align everything. I would focus on getting professional help as far as a Dr to check for tumors, and then a massage therapist and a counselor for anxiety. I get deja vu as well. I don't know why some ppl get it and others don't. I wish you the best and big hugs!!

I have the same problems, except I have the " fuzzy head " feeling throughout the whole day, stabbing pain that lasts a couple seconds in my head, and a pressure in the back of my head and neck i shake awake when im trying to sleep and just lately ill wake up to my eyes twitching and watering and almost like a pressure behind them and my head fuzzy like im about to faint. i think i have a brain tumour to, everyone says i overthink. I see a lot of people on here with the same symptoms so i doubt everyone on here has tumours. I just took a B12 pill today and felt better, read up on that! its for nerves apparently so maybe that could help you. I have also been to the doctor and chiro both have said spine problems, anxiety and ptsd but of course i atill think the worst!

      Hello,

I experience the dreaded 'fuzzy head' feeling too. It normally flares when in environment where I am not happy (such as workplace / busy shops / around certain people. Whilst sat at my desk I feel the occasional 'dropping sensation' - like the floor has just sunk - my eyesight feels strange too - my doctor described this as 'derealisation' and from looking it up this is pretty accurate. My workplace knows that I am on medication for anxiety but have offered nothing in assistance - am I being unreasonable in hoping for some sort of support ? Workload has actually increased and have been offered no assistance whatsoever...

To the original poster, am not in the knowledge but surely if you did have a brain tumor then you would have problems even writing a message on this board ? I thought the same too but and was suprised when an MRI came back clear. I still think I have a problem up there somewhere...
