Have u been really anxious since Friday or do the symptoms seem to be unrelated? Because that happens to me while I'm panicking. If they're not related I'd check with a doctor just to be sure.

Hello Francois, I had all the symptoms your having and was put down to anxiety after going to the ER twice and the gp 3/4 times. I would go see your gp though for peace of mind. Hope you start to feel better soon ! X

All depends on age dizziness can be caused by low blood pressure or problems with the neck, some people have problems with posture etc In this case you sound like you have Anxiety. Chest pains are the same, although we are not able to say these problems are of something else. If you have not been to your GP go put your mind at rest.

Dizziness and Chestpains can have many causes, including Anxiety.

Get all checked, if not already, accept your results then move on, you sound young and Anxious

Sounds like classic anxiety symptoms to me, but as others have said go see your GP to put your mind more at ease.
