Dizziness during period!! What helps

Hello ladies.I have noticed that leading up to my cycle and during i get pretty dizzy at times. Wondering if this is normal? What helps!! It is pretty scary symptom and sends my anxiety into over drive. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    hi I feel dizzy too had bloods done all fine. on iron tablets for the past 5 years as I get heavy periods and iron had always been low.

    I feel so unbalanced it's not normal 😕

      Hi Sandee Thanks for the reply. I am anemic and probably should be on iron but i have Gerd and doc says it could make it worse. Going to have labs done hopefully next week so will see were my levels are with everything. Its a terrible symptom. I have been in Peri since 40 will be 45 in November hoping for a light at the end soon.

      omg! me too I was 40 when I went downhill! I'm 45....I cont come off my iron as its dangerous for me. No way having the coil so will suck it up until I finish my periods! They've been more heavier since I started perihell.

      My breasts are so painful like I'm breastfeeding at the moment. I've had breast pain for the past 3 years it comes and go. Had breast check mammogram etc all fine as I found lumps in my armpits. My health anxiety is always through the roof and constantly at the Drs for reassurance. This is no life! hormonal hell just want it to end! Keep me posted on how you are doing as we all here for each other
