Dizziness, Fatigue and spleen pain; what could it be?

Hi,

I have been suffering with intermittent dizziness for 3 weeks+.

I'm also suffering with fatigue and spleen pain at night. My throat glands are also starting to feel sore, and I have an occasional swollen gland behind my ear.

Does anyone know what could potentially be causing the problem?

    I suggest you have a full check up and tests because you are talking about many issues .

    Do you suffer from anxiety and high stress ?

    Who determined that the pain is from the spleen ?

    Pain in that area can be from Liver and gas too ,maybe even more reasons.
