I had surgery nearly 4weeks ago for complete rupture of Achilles tendon and have to have daily injections of clexane 64 of them to be exact ,but since surgery I am so light headed and dizzy all of the time, could it be clexane that is causing this, anyone else had this happen

Hi, I've suffered with a achilles tendonitis for over a year, despite physio etc. I'm a bit worried that after on long it will rupture, what caused yours to rupture of you don't mind me asking?
