Dizziness, lower pelvic discomfort, lower back pain, bloating, gas, fast heart rate.

What can this be? My Dr said it's anxiety, but it's very random for like a year. I'll get lower back pain, then here comes the bloating and pelvic discomfort, then headache, dizziness and fast heart rate. HELP!!! I feel like I'm going crazy. I also feel feverish but no fever.

Blood tests normal, normal ultrasound besides a small cyst, normal CT.

Do you think this is IBS, Crohn's etc?

Do you joints ache like an arthritis feeling....wrist knee elbow etc ???

Lots of mouth sores or ulcers.

Have poop test which will reveal a leaning to IBD or crones

      Hi there!

No sores, ulcers or joint aches. That's why i'm so confused. Do you think it is Crohns?

Hi, your symptoms sound very like mine, I have ibs and anxiety. Bit like the chicken and the egg....I don't know which one comes first.

I get dizziness, backache, belching, nausea, then my stomach starts....it makes me anxious, which makes it worse....

      Hi Reetah!

Do you ever feel feverish and heart pounding? Like today I have those symptoms, and then I feel feverish. So wierd. I pray it's not crohn's, what do you think?

      Hi,

Yes I do feel feverish sometimes, I feel like I have the flu, it will last a couple of days....And I get palpatations on and off.

I really think mine is a mix of the two.

Ask for a fecal calprotectin stool test which looks for inflammation in your bowel which may point to IBD.  Blood in your stool can be a sign of Crohns or Ulcerative colitis.  If you have IBS, symptoms include stomach pain, nausea and change of bowel habit, bloating and sometimes food intolerance. If all tests are negative, IBS can be diagnosed.

What was said about the cyst that was found?  Perhaps see a gnaeocologist to find out if this could be causing your symptoms.

Is IBD the same as Crohn's? My Gyn just said the cyst was too small to cause dizziness and discomfort.

The thing that scares me is that when the bloating and lower discomfort starts, my heart pounds all day along with elevated body temp : (

IBD (inflammatory bowel disease) describes conditions that cause inflammation in your intestine.  Crohns is one of these and can cause inflammation in your bowel or upper digestive tract.

If the cyst is small, it may disappear of its own.  Perhaps keep a food diary to see if any foods may be causing bloating.
