Dizziness off balance

I had an cholesteatoma operation 15 March 2022 said it was very bad but I have been very off-balance since Oct 2021 rushed in hospital 10 feb 2022 with no balance in for 10 days un till my operation it went well but my god my balance and sickness is still the same I can't drive off work got no life every day the same I am in tears all the time Dr at ent said it will take time I said I have to go up the stairs on all 4 s don't go out ... just want my life back ...
