Dizziness, poor motor skills, room spinning around. what is it?

It all started with fatigue, then sore throat and led to the room spinning around when i turned my head in my bed. Or when standing up form the bed, then the room was spinning for 30 seconds.

I have slightly dark circles under my eyes and i feel heaviness on my dark circles from time to time.

I also feel confused sometimes and forget things easily. And i easily drop things. I feel i have got worse motor skills.

I also have occasional pops in my right ear.

And I feel dizzy when turning quickly or focusing my eyes on something.

I feel that weather changes worsen my fatigue and dizziness.

Anyone had any similar experiences? What can it be?
