Dizziness related to anxiety

Hello. What do you guys do to cope up with the dizziness? What foods do you eat or drink to alleviate this somehow? I'm dizzy even when i'm not really anxious and it's affecting my life so much. It scares me because i feel like i may fall or faint. The dizziness sometimes surprise me out of nowhere that my knees turn weak. I feel so helpless but i wanna try to be positive about this. Please share how you deal with this. I'm starting to get scared going out just because of this...

the key is to relax your mind as much as possible . dizziness can be part of stress and anxiety, so the more you manage it, the less dizzy you feel. of course you should always consult your doctor with new symptoms. but try meditations for anxiety on you tube, and slow deep breathing meditations. ❤

Dizziness was one of my worst symptoms of anxiety, oh how I hated that feeling. I went to the doctor quite a few times just to make sure there was nothing else causing it and every time it was fine.. Also, I took clonazepam as needed for a little while and when I took it the dizziness always went away so I'm pretty confident to say it was all anxiety related. If you feel that it's really bothersome always best to check with your physician if you are worried . More then likely once your anxiety starts to get better so will the dizziness.

    Hoping you feel better soon!

Totally understand! I spent the last 25+ years with the anxiety/panic, and some depression. I just recently found some really helpful information here on this site, and I can't believe how much it has helped! It's getting better slowly and recently I've even been able to do things that used to cause me to get really anxious and dizzy in the past and didn't have any feelings of being anxious at all. So, just know there is healing out there, and anxiety issues can get better. And you will feel like yourself again, or even better! 😃

I know the feeling! had it come on suddenly, then i get a weird full head feeling after. its scary . this happened

twice recently. when i get tests they are fine. havent had one in a couple years. dizziness wasnt gradual, its SUDDEN !

nothing I EAT or drink helps.most likely due to stress but who knows, thats the scary part.
