i have been having episodes every time i stand up. when im at rest, my heart rate is typically around 50-70 beats per minute, when i stand up, it jumps over 100 and i get dizzy and everything goes black. All my heart tests were normal. It causes major fatigue. Doctor says its normal. It doest feel normal to me. What could this be

I'd look into POTS. Were there any "events" (illness, pregnancy, or otherwise) prior to onset? You need to see an autonomic specialist (neurologist, but important they specialize in autonomic disorders).

110BPM heart rate is normal. I think you need to drink more water and fluids.

I know this is an old post, but a key term for you to know is "orthostatic intolerance".
