Dizziness with contact lenses and glasses

Hi, i have been suffering with bad dizziness from around march 2019. I'm a 30 year old male from the UK, have worn glasses and contact lenses since around the age of 17. My contact lens prescription for the last 2 years or so was -4 in both eyes - this is before i started to experience dizziness. When i went to numerous opticians re the issue they recommended a weaker prescription. When the dizziness started the -4 lenses became unwearable, i switched to -3.5 in both eyes and this was too weak, the dizziness is still there with increased eye strain. I tried toric lenses in -3.5 both eyes, vision improved over non toric -3.5 but still dizziness. My glasses are -3.75 L and -4R and i have to wear them a bit further from my eyes which indicates they are a bit strong but i don't get dizziness with them. I'm at a loss of what to do, i cant get the right contact presc without dizziness and my glasses are actually too weak according to my last eye test.. I've been to an opthomologist and neurosurgeon and they said it could be an inner ear imbalance and should cure itself
