I'm generally Migraine-free now, as long as I keep my levels of Estrogen and Testosterone stable. Â
Hope this info helps, constant dizziness/vertigo is one of the worst symptoms I've ever had!

I had a premature menopause as a result of having a fibroid removed, unfortunately this took many years to diagnose. Â
At the moment, I have an Estrogen implant, I apply Tostran (Testosterone) gel 4 times p/week and I use Ovestim vaginal cream.
I'm very sensitive to Progesterone so had a hysterectomy in order to use estrogen safely.
If I use too little Testosterone, I start getting Migraines, mainly headaches and visual disturbance initially but dizziness and vertigo follows if I don't correct the doseage.
I've also found that many hypertension medications also seem to bring on the Migraines - I get very dizzy and have constant headaches etc but not, it seems, as a result of the lowered blood pressure, but rather as a sensitivity to the meds.
