dizzy??

hi--i am on 25 mg of traz, i have been on and off of it for about a year and on 25 mg for like two months. i have been dizzy, low level for most of this time. at first i thought it was pollen, allergies, etc. but at this point it doesnt make sense. could it be from the traz?! it's such a tiny dose, i can't imagine it being that, but maybe it is?? anyone have experience with this? each time i have tried to go without the traz, i don't sleep. thanks!!
