Feeling very light headed today like my head is gonna fall off ???? Week 5 on 50mg

    Its kicking in now slowy, thats proberly why you have dizzy spells, try not to worry about them.

    Not sure where you live but it’s humid here and I don’t think that helps.   I get moments of feeling off balance all the time it’s a pain in the ass! X

      It’s hard going I know Demi, we just need to focus on the goal and push through the side effects because they do go.   It’s crazy how some people can take them without much problem, I was like that first time I took them, it was nothing like it is this time round, I just thought it would be easy, I was very wrong.   Hang in there we will get there soon xx
