Do you have other issues? Headaches, ringing in ear, stiff neck or pain in your neck? You can look up vestibular migraine and occipital neuralgia to see if this might be your issue

i have mild headaches time to time and head and face pressure. its mild but annoying. With my neck i have always gotten pain but i also crack my neck. I have been to a neurologist a reg doctor and a ent doctor and all say nothings wrong. only thing my neurologist said was i have a cyst in my sinus but that its nothing to worry about

Hi I hav seen 10 consultants since July this year with dizziness! All clear!? Vestibular migraine but don't hav all the symptoms! I so started on hrt as I turned 5 0 and apparently it's all been triggered by hormone I balance! Do t no how old you are? But maybe something to consider?

You mentioned you have facial pressure.

Here is what happens to me daily

I first have a very quick dizzy. Just a second. Sometimes I have to grab something to hold on, other times I don't.

About 5 minutes later, my face fills with pressure It is from my cheeks up including my forehead.

My left ear plugs and I am all off balance.

\this has been going on longer than I can remember.

Been to 3 ENT's , 2 neurologists.Done many tests. ENG, mri, Balance test, I think even a cat scan. Nothing comes up. They have no idea, except one neurologist thinks it might be silent migraines.

Oddly this can happen in the morning but, It mostly starts around 3-4 pm daily.

It has been life changing for me. \Creates a lot of anxiety.

Something else I get is bppv and ocular migraines, but I only get those seasonally. In SEPT/Octand March/April

The ocular migraines last about 20 minutes, but never a headache afterwards. These ocular episodes are a precursor to a migraine.

Oddly 2 days, I did have an ocular thing, and did get a mild headache after. It seemed to be in my right eye and above the eye

Can you relate to any of this?

You need find out an neurologist who specialises in vestibular migraine, basically it's diagnosed through your symptoms as the vary alot

You need to go to a neurologist for a diagnosis. Look up the 2 things I mentioned. A lot of these issues stem from the neck.
