Dizzy and lightheaded for 2 months

Hey there everyone,

Recently I have been having weird things happen to me. I lost my vision while I was driving for a few seconds. After that I have been extremely dizzy every single day (about a month now) to the point where I can't get out of bed. I feel motion sick when i close my eyes too. I got my eyes checked and they're fine. I have been extremely fatigue but at night i struggle to get to sleep regardless of how exhausted i am. I haven't been able to drink or smoke without feeling like passing out. I can't hang out with my friends because I get too faint. My eyes constantly feel tired and like they are drooping and sore.  I also feel nauseous every now and then I get a massive pain in the middle right side of my abdomen on and off EVERY DAY which disables me from exercising and hurts so much but the doctors don't know what it is (they think it's anxiety but I think it's way too extreme to be anxiety). I've been experiencing the pain for around 6 months now and initially thought it came on when I was anxious or stressed but now it happens all the time and I can't get rid of it.

All my blood tests are clear, my urine and faeces tests are clear, blood sugar and heart rate are normal, MRI on my head came back with nothing and CT scan on my stomach is normal (i think), ultrasound and x-rays are clear. WHY AM I SO DIZZY AND SORE I WANT TO DIE I HATE THIS!

Loss of vision for a few seconds.  Eyes checked and reported as fine.  But according to the person who checked your eyes, why did you loose your vision, in their opinion?

Aww sweetheart how awful for you - I have Menieres disease and can feel dizzy and nauseous so I know how you feel...but your symptoms are different. Have you seem an ENT Specialist?

Any problems with your neck in your history? Like neck stiffness or pain? Your simptoms link to vbi, check that too..
