Hi ...... ever since last 2 months I had twice bad heartburn till now my reflux had a little improvement, I'm taking 40mg Nexium twice a day. I would like to know does anyone ever experience like me. Lately this 2 days start no appetite,dizzy like want to faint and had no strength to talk. I really very very down and don't know what to do......

Hi there, I suffered from all of this for years until I had surgery 6 weeks ago, now no reflux at all! Do, although I know it's hard try to eat and drink, even if you have a swig of gavisgon before and after food, bland fat free food like soup, a little bit of porridge, banana etc otherwise u will end up with an ulcer. Have you had an endoscopy? Don't give up, keep going g to your Dr until they refer you to a gastrointestinal consultant. Good luck.

Thanks Joana17875 and I'm so happy to hear that you are fine now. I already did 3 times of endoscopy, the last one I did was 3 years ago. Actually after I take the Nexium 40mg twice a day there is improvement,not much reflux. I used to be quite a heavy smoker and this is the first time I quit smoking. I had quit for about 6 weeks. This 2 days I started to lost appetite and everything feel seem not right. I don't know is it the reaction of I quit smoking or is my stomach not feeling well
