Dizzy, balance issues, head and face pressure (left side), blocked ear, anxiety

It all started last November when I thought I had an ear infection/flu. I had a fever for a couple of days and felt pretty out of it. Flu symptoms went away after a few days but I also became really dizzy and the dizziness has been there ever since (+ a few other symptoms). It all came out of nowhere! I struggled through November but went to the doc in the end who diagnosed me with high blood pressure and put me on a beta blocker (bisoprolol). He said I felt dizzy because of BP and that made sense but like I said, the symptoms I had back in November haven't really gone away! It's been on and off - there have been weeks, even a couple in a row, where I have felt more or less okay but then I start feeling poorly again. I get very dizzy/light headed when walking (totally okay when sitting down or standing) and feel like I'm gonna collapse. My left ear is often blocked, I get tinnitus sometimes and I have this weird pressure on the left side of my face, around my eye. It's not there all the time though. I often feel like there's something heavy inside my head (again, left side only) - I don't know how to even explain this - but it literally feels weighed down by something?! I have also had some mild vision issues, f.e I have struggled to watch TV or read, feels like my eyes, especially the left eye, can't focus properly and I also get pain behind the eye. Again, I don't get it all the time.

So the problem seems to be on the left side of my face/head. I'm a super anxious person and my anxiety has gone through the roof since all these symptoms started... And now I'm not even sure anymore whether it's an ear/sinus/whatever issue or just the anxiety causing all this.

Has anyone else felt this way?
