Dizzy feeling for 2+ weeks....

Posted , 4 users are following.

Been having mild dizzy feeling daily for about 2+ weeks now.. it started right after I started having stomach issues.. reflux, upset stomach... have been going to a Gastro for that.. told him about it but he said it doesn't have anything to do with gastro issue... although I'm not sure he's right about that..

it started on and off for a while.. first noticed it about 1.5 week after stomach issue started.. lasted for about 4 days.. then it went away.. then would get it sometimes a bit right after eating.. then would go away..

Lately though I've had it daily 24/7 for 2+ weeks.... feels kinda like a tension headache.. some tension in head, with some mild dizziness... no other symptoms...

I do have tinnitus though... the ringing sound in ear....... l've had it forever... never bothered me though.

Not sure if it's stress related.. as I was under lots of stress during my stomach issues..

Hi, you are too much anxious with your health. Please try to maintain a good schedule for gym and exercises. Drink a lot of water (atleast 3.5/4lts if you are from humid region). Reduce stress levels and bring down the level of intake for artificial sweeteners to ZERO. Also bring down the level of consumption for Caffeinated beverages (like Coffee, Soft Drinks, Beer )to ZERO. Eat small portion meals quantity-wise and more number of meals frequency-wise in a day. This allows your body not to go into a panic mode when you eat a meal after a long gap of 4 to 5 hours. During panicky mode, the body feels that it is starving and as a result it absorbs all your food as reserve (increasing fat levels, cholesterol levels); thereby reducing metabolism. If you start maintaining this, you will get results in a week's time. However, if you continue to have similar symptoms even after maintaining these habits; then definitely consult a Cardiologist instead of Gastroenterology or any other specialists (assuming that there are no pains involved in the lower abdomen region). I had these symptoms and I know how bad it feels at the age of 30 (obviously I was stressed out during that time, busy with submission of my PhD thesis having completely compromised my lifestyle). Cheers! and don't panic or feel doomed....stay safe from COVID 19 (which is a bigger challenge for us). Please, don't just jump into doctors with mild symptoms before you actually give a try to resolve it through natural therapies.

I have had similar. Looking at other forums on here, it looks like we may have had COVID without realising it. These seem to be symptoms lots of people are reporting. Mine were upset stomach, vertigo, tinnitus that all came on around the same time two weeks ago following one night of fever. No cough.

very strange my mum had the same feeling. spaced out and had a fever but only lasted a night, and diarrhoea she was fine the next day but still has a fuzzy head. she also thought of the covid but it don't mention these types of symptoms. i think mine is definitely my ears though
