Dizzy Flare up from flying?

Has anyone gotten dizzy and/or lightheaded after flying?   I had a long day of flying yesterday and today I’m light headed and the computer in front me is kind of moving…….  I woke up feeling fine and did my “morning routine” without issue.  However, being back in front of the computer screen is giving me grief…..  Is it from flying or did I get used to not sitting in front of a computer for a few days and now my head is trying to adjust??

I wish I could go back to before I ever had that stupid Vertigo attack.    I never know what’s going to set me off.

Mal de Débarquement  is the name given to the condition of vertigo or other vestibular issues, resulting after travelling on a boat.or in a plane, train or car.. There's a good web site, if you just google the name.

Thank you!!  Looked it up and that seems to be the case.   I'll just let it "ride out" and hope it goes away soon.

Me too!!   At least it's not as bad as a full blown vertigo attack.   Just feels "swimmy"
