Dizzy for 2 months and recently discovered swaying disorder. What should I do?

Hello Everyone~
So, let me share with you my dizziness story; what I'm currently doing; what I'm considering to do starting next week; and what you guys think.
Since late April, I was diagnosed with BPPV and later diagnosed with a mild vestibular concussion in late May (had to perform followup with ENT). A week before my first ENT visit, I was sparring and got kicked to the ear (I am a martial arts black belt in Tae-Kwon-Do) pretty hard but didn't fall unconscious (just dazed for a few minutes). Dizziness didn't show up until a few days later when I noticed the room felt like it was tilting left and right (like being on a boat). My doctor has given me these head maneuvers that I have been performing for the past couple of weeks that I do twice every day.
The good news is my dizziness is gone but I've got another problem.
I made an interesting discovery yesterday regarding my neck and back. If I relax, my back; neck, and head start swaying left and right (with my head kinda doing this figure 8 motion). Even stranger is if I bend over, my back starts turning fully to the left gradually. After I stand up, it's just my lower back that wants to sway left and right if I relax. This might be happening not just because of getting hit in the head but possibly due to poor posture (I lean forward and to the side but not anymore. I'm doing proper posture and some neck exercises to help me) and me trying to maintain proper posture. If I sit up straight and control my back and neck, the swaying motion doesn't happen but I do feel some turning to the left.
Some options I'm considering regarding my current status are the following:
*Checking out a vestibular rehab clinic to get extra help and testing done to see if there are other factors contributing to my dizziness.
*Attending a neurology appointment next week to have a neurologist check my neck and back.
What do you guys think? Any other recommendations you might have for me?

The only thing left that concerns me is my lower back swaying left and right on its own.

Hi Aiden ! I think the next two steps you have laid out are good there are also physical therapists trained to work with vestibular and balance problems that can arrive post concussion. I have heard of leaning happening after concussion. That might help a lot. They're usually in facilities who have outpatient programs for concussion. A PT will also be able to oversee your posture exercises to make sure you're not doing anything that's throwing your body off.
That and an OT if this leaning makes it hard to do everyday things.
Hope this helps!
