Dizzy for 5 months so far. No one seems to know why.

I've been googling variations of this question for a while now and have read alot of experiences. Most discussions consist of a number of suggestions that only semi apply to my condition, never getting to any sort of solution and often took place more than a year ago.
5 months ago, my vision went bright and fuzzy while at work. I went to drive home but soon realised i couldn't see out of the right side of my right eye. Eventually vision returned and i drove home. On the way home i temporarily lost feeling in a few fingers of my right hand.
Since then I've felt dizzy every single day without failure. Some days its almost manageable. Other days it sends me into a panic attack but it's ALWAYS there.
It is not a room spinning dizziness but a pressure in my head accompanied by light headedness, fuzzy vision, very occasionally nausea, diarrhea and just a weird feeling similar to the very first stages of a hallucinogen.
The doctor believes my initial symptoms were an aura from a migraine and that it caused my anxiety to spike causing my dizziness which is creating some sort of positive feedback loop of Anxiety -> Symptoms spike -> More anxiety -> More Symptoms.
I've had blood tests, MRI, Ears checked, etc etc.
Two Recent changes that happened shortly prior to the condition that i recall are I started wearing glasses sometimes while on the computer
and i recently got some dental work done (I've read that wisdom teeth can cause dizziness somehow) I'm not sure if these 2 things are related to it at all.
If anyone knows exactly what is happening to me PLEASE let me know. in some discussions I've read of people having similar symptoms for YEARS and i'm not sure i can last that long with this condition.

Hi Korcy,
I have had Vertigo/Menieres for over 5 yrs now.....i have recently had dizziness and pressure in the left side of head right near the bottom of my skull, i have also had many migraines that causes loss of vision for short periods....i have had steroid injection in my ear also as hearing loss and tinnitus, they say Vertigo/Menieres is related to Migraines, i have also been given Propranolol to try and stop headaches, in the last 2 weeks all my headaches, Vertigo/Menieres, Tinnitus and hearing back to normal....don't know whether Meds Injection or whether just gone its course again....hopefully this might give something for you to go on.....hope you feel better very soon as very Stressful disease ATB

Thank you Steve.
I'm definately going to ask my doctor about Propranolol. it seems like something that could make a difference.
