Dizzy lightheaded

I have been lightheaded and off balance since May but at the end of June it got really bad. I had these dizzy spells that felt like I was going to pass out but I don't . Now I don't have that so much but I am still very off balance and my leg shake  sometimes. I do become lightheaded but no as much. I had my ears , heart , MRI , balance test , Cartoid artery,  cat scan of head , and blood work done. Everything is ok so the mystery remain. Love to hear from anyone who is going through similar symptoms and what had help or just to talk.
