Dizzy off feeling that i cannot explain exactly

I feel like there is something really wrong with me!  I have been in bed for two days with this weird dizzy feeling with tingling in the lower torso area.  I am not dizzy like falling or vertigo, it’s just a sudden off feeling in my head and then sometimes a weird tingling/flushing in my lower torso.  I do not always get then tingling though.  I can’t put my finger on what it is but it is causing me anxiety too!  It’s almost like everything in my head just stops for a second!  Anyone else have this feeling?

hi, yes this is a unsettling feeling but no, you are not crazy. I call it wonky head because it does make you feel off balance. I think we all experience it at one time or another. with me the weather has a lot to do with when I feel this way or around time for my period. hope you feel better soon!

Does the feeling come  and go?  Sometimes I have this all day on and off.  It is really disrupting my entire life and makes me so tired!!

yes it does. I had it for awhile and got used to it because it became a normal thing for me. I got used to walking sideways so to speak, because that's how it feels to me. I dont get it as much anymore. it seems I have graduated from that to aching thigh muscles and arm and leg weakness. I have to tell myself that it could always be worse and I'm grateful that it isnt, but I'm over this thing called menapause for sure. hang in there because it either gets better or it becomes the new normal.

Hi, I was getting this periodically. It meant I couldn't work or drive, but if I sat or layed very still I was OK. I found it went when I took one of my migraine tablets. Only took one as I was also getting a feeling of sickness with it. Eventually went to the doctor. She said it was too much estrogen in my HRT. We halved the dose and I'm feeling much better. Maybe somewhere in there there is something similar to you that might help.

    Take care x
