Dizzy Spells?

Okay guys, you all helped me so much last time I started a discussion on this board. This time, I have a question. Does anyone else's have spells where your head feels heavy and you get dizzy or lightheaded? It's very hard to explain. Sometimes I feel like I'm going to pass out with it. I never have, but it has felt like it was coming at anytime. My neck feels stiff with it sometimes, but the head heaviness and the dizzy, "spaced out" feeling is my main complaint. It's been going on since March, so obviously if it was something bad, it would've hurt me already, I'm sure. I'm just wondering if anyone else does this? It's rough stuff. Hard to believe this is all anxiety.

I should also add that I don't feel anxious, it just kind of happens abruptly.

Yes it's amazing how we don't have to feel anxious but still get crazy symptoms .

I have had that lightheaded weird brain feeling when I first got symptoms in my 20s.

I have been to numerous doctors, including neurologist and none of them can find anything wrong. The last neurologist I saw said it's all stress and anxiety symptoms. He told me I was going to worry myself to death. Because he could tell that I am  A very anxious person. Even doctors don't know what to do except prescribe medicine because they can't actually see what we're going through like they can see a broken bone.

my head still feels like that off and on. I have actually learned to live with it but I hate it. I believe it is related to the adrenaline that is released from the brain  in anxious people.  Many people with anxiety report that they get that feeling and it's frustrating because nobody else really understands. It's not harmful just very annoying .

when I listening to meditations for anxiety on YouTube, I can completely calm down My head symptoms.  All anxiety starts in the brain so in order to get rid of symptoms you have to totally relax the brain which in turn will relax the body. YouTube has many audio meditations which are excellent for stress, anxiety, depression, sleeping.

I do hope you feel better but know that that symptom is very common with anxiety.

Yeah I get those too. Especially when I get up from bed. My head feels full and I feel I will pass out. I think it's our blood pressure. (Low blood pressure or low blood sugar, or dehydration) Stay hydrated drink water, eat something too.
