Dizzy when sitting or laying :-(

Does anyone else get dizzy or feel like they are going to fall over even if they are already sat down or laying in bed?
This is how my dizzyness is, it doesn't matter if I'm sitting standing or laying no matter what the dizzyness is coming in waves, I could be fine one minute and the next caught completely off guard and my head just goes whoosh then I start sweating, I really don't know what it is or what's causing it, all I know is that it's stressing me out big time, I'm worried sick that something horrible is going on! I've been to the docs numerous times and fobbed off the same amount of times, I just feel so poorly with it, yes I'm stressed, yes I'm tired (I have 2 young children) but really can this be it? It certainly feels like there is more to it :-( I just want to cry all the time as its getting me down so much it's got to the point I don't want to go to the doctors as I feel they look down on me or roll their eyes and say oh god not her again, last time I went they asked me what do you think it is... I was like I don't know that's why I am here asking for your help to find out, I'm not the doctor..! This is the second post I've put in this forum and there have been some really positive replies which I'm grateful for just wish we all had a cure x

Are you you on some form of medication ( serc for example to help control the dizziness?) have they tried the Hallpike to rule out BPPV?) lay you down and do a head turn to trip the vertigo?) if you spin you have BPPV and the Epley is all you may need , for me that didn't work after 4 times but made it worse so was sent to Sydney! Anyways best of luck , your not alone and demand a specialst in this area- some physios are specialst in this area and take more time to understand what is going on- Best of luck !

proceeded to prescribe Betahistine and assured me that all would be
well in gig time. Let me assure you, however, that I am going to return to
him with this insistsesnce that Vertigo is a hold-all diagnosis and that I am demanding a more precise diagnosis of the category of the illness that
is afflicting me. Intend to become a self-manager of this incapaciting
condition: that is the surest and most prudent way for me to remain
and focused. But as i have shares with you, i am in the early stages of
