Hello. I have been dizzy for over 3 weeks now and this happens espically when I am lying in bed and watching tele. It also does happen while I am at work during day time. I am quite concerned with this as I feel I am going to fall. I also grind my teeth. Another thing which also troublems the twitching vein on side of head. Please someone help me as i am clueless whats happening to me. I am really scared. Any advise on this would be of great help. God Bless.

Go to an ENT doctor. Your cyrstals might be out of place. Don't worry.

Hi. I know it's scary, but the first thing to do is to see a doctor and rule out any physical problems that can be causing this. Be prepared for loads of tests and doctors. If they find something, at least you can have it treated quickly. If they can find nothing wrong, then it could be an inner ear problem or it could be anxiety. Sometimes, tests won't be able to find an inner ear problem, so I suppose it'll have to be looked into further by specialists who deal with this sort of thing that no one can find. As for anxiety, anxiety can affect people who are susceptible to it in such a way that it can cause dizzyness or being unstable etc. If all tests are negative, you may need to see a psychiatrist for anxiety. Medication can help calm it (normally antidepressants), but I also suggest doing other forms of therapy like CBT or group therapy. It can help to be in a group setting and work with others with similar problems.

One thing I suggest for now is to keep a journal. Keep it short. Write the day, time, what you were doing etc. when you feel this. Unless it's all the time. I'm assuming you do have times where you're not feeling it. Most important now is to rule out more serious things. See a doctor first. It sounds like you have not yet. My best to you.

I agree that keeping a journal is a good idea. You may think you remember details but you'll find you don't. The more specific you can be about all your symptoms, the better you can get treated.
