DLA Changeover

Hi Denise there is another thing that puzzles me over this change over from DLA to Pip but why doesn't the change affect those claimants who were 64 on or before October 2013, (if that's the correct date,) and they are entitled to stay on the DLA, without having to be assessed, this seems very strange as its a case of one rule for one and another rule for others.
