DLA Changeover

Hi Denise there is another thing that puzzles me over this change over from DLA to Pip but why doesn't the change affect those claimants who were 64 on or before October 2013, (if that's the correct date,) and they are entitled to stay on the DLA, without having to be assessed, this seems very strange as its a case of one rule for one and another rule for others.     I already answered your question on your other thread zebra. I'm not really sure why you think there's a rule for one and another rule for another. PIP has the same age criteria that DLA did. It's for those aged between 16-64.
