Do everybody agree with that if I have had really good days on this med it means it will work just takes more time until I am level?

Is here anybody who needed to wait more than 3 month until he/she got herself back please?

10 weeks on 50mg and keeping going because people say that if you have some good days it's working. Have also read that it can take even longer. Finding it really tough as bad days are not easy to get through.

Thanks, it is difficult not to lose hope at the moment but l do know that it can take a long time to level. How are you doing?

Today is bad, I feel depressed which is the most difficult to tolerate for me. I would be rather anxious or anything..

But yesterday was good, Ive had nearly a full good day again, trying to focus on the good 😃

There doesn't seem to be any pattern to good and bad days. l do feel a bit more relaxed today, really working on deep breathing to keep calm.l guess as long as we are getting some better days it shows it's working and we must be patient. Hope your day improves.
