Do fibroid cause delayed period?

    i had a laparoscopy and my period has been on time. however, my cramps are still there. that sucks.

    hello

    pre surgury - no! & i had cramps and usual big and bloated tummy.

    post surgury and fibriods removal - my uterus is adjusting and no missed periods yet!

    ( had open myomectomy february 2019, 30 fibriods, aged 44, no children)
