Do household cleaning products set off symptoms ?

Good evening ladies. I am curious to know if certain household cleaning products set off symptoms. I was doing laundry added some bleach to the load, then went upstairs and cleaned my kitchen. I cleaned down the counters with lysol wipes and used Mr clean. Shortly after my legs started to shake and i felt light headed, followed by anxiety. Has this happened to anyone ? I am so done cleaning for the evening, jumping in the shower then going to relax and watch a movie. I am so sick of all this crap. My life has been a mess now for 3 yrs. When is it gong to end.

I am extremely sensitive to scents during my perimenopause. Smells from car exhaust, whiteboard markers, garbage, and so on, at times, seem magnified by 100. I often feeling ill, dizzy, and generally unwell, but it doesn't happen constantly.

My suggestion would be to switch all of your cleaning products to organic, plant-derived products, rather than toxic, mainstream cleaners. I am certain that you will notice a big different if you do so:)

Thank you for your reply Bev. I recall when i first entered peri 3 yrs ago , i went to pump gas and i threw up at the pump. I couldn't drive home. Took a cab and called my daughter to pick up the car. i will have to switch to all organic cleaning products because what i experienced yesterday was horrific. the shaking and dizzines that followed had me worried. Thanks once again for taking the time. God bless
