Do I have a brain tumor?

Hi everyone im 20 years old, and i suffer from anxiety, depression, GERD, and hypertension. Recently ive been smelling odd burning stuff, when nothing is there. For just a second or two, and it stops. I also have side pressure pain in my head, and sometimes its more like a sharp quick pain. I also get these weird painless electric shocks around my body.

I wouldn't focus on thinking you have a brain tumor, Just go to your doctor and request an MRI scan, don't wait for them to suggest it or you'll be waiting a very long time. Just get it done then it will put your mind at ease.. I have experienced similar things and I suffer from silent migraines as well as regular migraines which go from the base of my skull to my right eye. I also have chiari malformation (very common and the cause of my migraines) which can cause extra fluid to build up around the brain which has produced bouts of pretty bad symptoms but I am usually okay and rarely get migraines anymore.. I used to get at least one a week lasting for 2-3 days for years and then they suddenly stopped out of the blue.
When you say the side of your head where you get the sharp pains do you mean inside your ear?
The electric shocks you speak of sound more like a vitamin deficency. Buy yourself a multi vitamin and take it daily and see if they stop.

The muscle spasms I've had and like I mentioned (Im my case anyway I was deficient in magnesium and vitamin D and B12).. Through several blood tests over a year and a half I was able to get those levels into the normal ranges and the muscle twitching and spasms stopped..
You're in a band.. Do you headbang or rock your head? I'm a guitar player (not in aband or anything) and I used to do it all the time until I had to basically just keep my head still most of the time to try and stop the migraines I was getting... This was years before I had any diagnosis.
Other than that.. Have you had your tonsils out? Also Sinus inflammation could cause what you're talking about. Look up symtoms of Sinusitis.
What about wisdom teeth? Do you have them yet or are they breaking through? They can become impacted and press on nerves which can give you nerve pains up the side of your head and put pressure on your ear canals.. My sister had impacted wisdom teeth and in the end had to have them out.
You'd be surprised by how many small things can add up to a lot of distress and the majority of them simply go away in time while others require a little help.
Try not to worry about it.. Do the rounds.. Dentist, Eyes tested, Get a blood test, get your hearing tested, get tested for STDs and then you have ruled out so many things. Getting your eyes tested for me is an important one because the optician can see all sorts of signs of serious illness inside your eyes.
