Do I have a CSF leak after lumbar puncture?

I got my LP done 4 weeks ago and I still have some symtpoms from it. Little background im 25 years old, 5'11 157 healthy athlete. But since the LP i have had headaches, nausea, vertigo, dizziness, and weird feeling on top of my scalp/parathesia. The headache is like barely there not im not even taking tylenol for it, nausea is like once a week or so, but the vertigo, dizziness and parathesia is still persistant. I have a chance to get a blood patch whenever I need, but im curious what other peoples storys are. That brings me to my next question, The LP knocked me down for legit a week before I could get out of bed. If I go back for the bloodpatch is it going to be a similar recovery because that was hell!!! Any insight people have would really be appreciated thanks.
