Do I have a frenelum breve?

When erect, my penis is fine if I leave it be but as soon as I pull down on my foreskin, my frendelum begins to pull my glans down forward. I've had issues with phimosis but resolved it through stretching techniques. Could that be the cause? Can I fix it with stretching techniques?

Better to visit a doctor, an urologist and perform a remove surgery of the frenulum

Thanks. Wanted to see if the was any other alternatives first. I wouldn't want it fully removed. just separated from the edge of the glans

If you have to be under surgery, better a full remove. In my profane opinion.

Hi Michael it does look tight a simple frenuloplasty would solve the problem for you. Stretching usually doesn't work that well with the frenulum but you could try it and see

Thanks Ivan, does a frenuloplasty involve removing the entire frenelum?

Well not necessarily no it would release the glans from the frenulum. it depends on the individual as we are all different in you case your frenulum is attached low down on your glans. so I imagine it would be easy enough to release it. You probably have a g spot about half an inch down on your shaft which is very sensitive? a good surgeon should be able to save this area.

I think it might just still be attached a bit ot the glans rather than just the frenulum. My frenulum is short too and pulls my head down a bit but the connection spot looks different, it isn't connected at the rim but further in towards my urethra

Yes, It seems to be connected to the edge of the glans. I always thought it should connect to just below the urethra and have a more string like appearance.

Yeah, in my case it connects further in between the glans and not to the rim of the corona. (I am also uncircumcised)

Thanks for sharing. I can see how your glans stretches down, almost looks like it does without any force. My glans only gets pulled down only during activity. Otherwise a resting erection is fine

As much as others have gave good advice here, to me, it looks normal.
The frendelum connects anywhere from the glands base to the urethra opening. However the urethra opening varies more & makes the frendlum gap appear different.
Be aware of comparing yourself against guys in porn (esp American) who have been circumcised & often appear to also have the frendelum cut too.
