do i have a kidney infection?

About 2 weeks ago I got very sick with what I thought was a stomach bug or the flu maybe. My symptoms were nausea (no vomiting), sharp pains in back but then would travel to abdomen area, high fever, chills, and sweating as well as extreme fatigue, low appetite and dark urine. The worst symptoms only lasted two days, since then I now only have nausea every now and then, fatigue, dark urine even though I properly hydrate, very itchy skin that happens every day. I looked up the symptoms and it could be a kidney infection perhaps but not sure.
