Do I have a std/ herpes?

i meed help! whole i have been a bit promiscous latley im wondering if i have herpes or some other std. as shown in the picture i have what looks like sores near the clit and the a slight patch if what looks like small bumps. But also when i pee it tingles a bit and when ever i have to use the bathroom it always feels like an emergency and i feel like i barley make it every single time. i need advise please, thank you!!! image

    Everything looks fine it looks like VP which is normal. It's OK to be sexual but please use protection and get tested at least 2-3 times a year.
