Do I have a yeast infection?

after my period I noticed that my vagina seemed larger than normal, it was swollen, I was itchy and still am and it burned and was bright red. my last period ended about a week ago and I'm still having these symptoms. I've developed white milky and sometimes chunky discharge that doesn't really have a smell. I was sexually active before my period about 2 and a half weeks ago today. I'm not experiencing any flu like symptoms or any other concerning things other than what was mentioned. inside my vaginal opening it looks bumpy too, I'm unaware if this is normal. the bumps don't hurt or anything, they are just there. please help me figure this out, I have no way to go to a doctor until late September. I'm also taking vagisil cream to stop the itching but thats all. imageimage

    if u have white clumpy discharge then probably yes
