Do i have an STI ( weird symptoms )?

Well i should start this off by saying that my first sexual encounter just left me questionable. I am experiencing very slight to mild rectal burning sensation and also around my penis. I am a gay male. i have always had a sensitive penis head ( sensitive to touch even before having sex ) it's just now i am just feeling this sensation and it only started happening days after ( 4 days ) having sex with my partner we used a condom. I spoke to a doctor over the phone and they were telling me that i was lacking water and that i have bad anxiety but i'm not really so sure on that. Has anyone else experienced these same symptoms ? when i sit down i can feel the burning sensation. i don't feel any burning sensations when i pee though. My partner was the one that was on top and i guess he forced it in a little to roughly. At first i was thinking it could have been herpes but i am not experiencing any outbreaks or symptoms around my rectal or anus and then i was thinking it could be chlamydia or something else.

Please give me your insights i have an appointment to go get tested on Monday.

    Hello,

If it was due to a one time rough encounter, it will heal on its own.

If you used a condom, the chances of STI are negligible to Nil.

Try relaxing and do Sitz bath for 2-3 days and see if it improves.

Otherwise consult a gastroenterologist or a urologist.

    You are fine brother.

pretty high numbers for a recent infection. was this for type 2? if type 1 don't worry about it it is cold sores. but if it is type 2 it would be had it before this encounter and you are asymptomatic.

yes it was for type 2. Would it be a possibility that i was born with it? Because i'm not sure how the numbers can be so high i never use public bathrooms i know for a fact i have a uti. But idk how that would play into this factor.

I doubt you were born with it. also I doesn't spread from bathrooms or anything like that. it was from a sexual exposure skin to skin contact. yes you can have it and never outbreak
