Do I have angina or anxiety? (Do I have angina?) (Are my symptoms normal)

I have had an echocardiogram, countless ECG'S as well as some chest xrays, and some blood tests.

Basically I get constant chest pain all the time and pain in my left arm and shoulder.

I can accept that maybe that is anxiety, but I get this pain in my arm after excersize.

If I say jogged for a minute or two and was resting my horrible pain in my left arm would start.

Everyday I also feel really weak and can also get pain in my left arm when resting, but it always occurs after excersize, the arm pain can be excrutiating.

I also feel really breathless everyday

Does this happen to anyone else? Or could it be Angina?

My heart rate and blood pressure are always normal unless I am pankicking which I never really do anymore as I have had this for 3 years (Although I am of course still worried I have angina)

I am 24 by the way.

So to list:

Left arm pain that occours when I get out of bed in the morning (Usually)

Left arm/shoulder pain after excersize (Doesn't  even need to be a lot of excersize)

Chest pain is also with the arm pain

Chest pain and arm pain can occour when resting (Sometimes both at the same time)

Constant fatigue everyday

Feel really breathless when standing (I stand up and feel really out of breath)

Get tired after being awake for 10 hours (Even if I sleep for 10 hours+)

There isn't a day that goes by without chest pain or arm pain

Thanks!

I defiantly am very anxious about this, but I personally feel that I am only anxious because I have a bad heart or angina.

But the doctors disagree.

Am I defiantly 100% without a doubt heart problem free and it's definatly anxiety?

    Also a side note:

When the arm pain or chest pain starts my heart rate stays completely normal and I don't hyperventilate or anything, I could understand getting arm pain/shoulder pain after hyperventilating or having a very fast heart rate (But this is not the case)

I defiantly have anxiety (As all I think about is this when it occurs which is very often) and I am not denying this, but can it be possible that I have angina which is causing my anxiety?) Or am I 100% okay without a doubt due to the tests that I have listed for you that I have had.

The only way to know for sure see a cardiologist.  I think it's anxiety though.  I get some pain wierd feeling in my chest and left arm too.  But mine is anxiety and panic attacks.  Does your heart race when this happens?

My heart does not race when this happens, no.

And don't the tests that I have had say that it's defiantly anxiety? What other tests do I need to definitively say?

Your 24. Very young still. I would say it’s GAD. Just my guess

Is there any more tests that need doing, or do I defiantly just have anxiety and nothing else?

I think if your Drs and all the tests haven't reassured you, its unlikely the comments will help either. Its clear that there is nothing that indicates heart disease to your Drs and generally heart disease at someone your age is very unusual and wouldn't have angina as a symptom. Having the pain when you wake up wouldn't be usual in angina and the breathlessness on standing doesn't make a great deal of sense.

However anxiety does make people focus on looking for specific symptoms and has a big effect on muscle tone. Holding the muscles in tension can cause pains virtually anywhere on the body and can be exhausting. Try to lean a technique to help you relax like tia chi / yoga / meditation or take up regular exercise, not as a treatment do it as a hobby. You might be surprised to know that exercise is often the first recommendation for most heart problems and wouldn't cause any harm. All of these things will also help lower the muscle tone and should make you feel better generally. Anxiety is a powerful emotion and can be difficult to ignore but it shouldn't be dominating your life, it prevents you from living it.

I'm sure it's anxiety and ocd. You may have little hypochondria in there. That's how anxiety is it makes you believe that something is wrong with you when there really isn't you can have the physical symptoms of something and it not even be real. Trust me I know from personal experience. Sometimes I have to tell myself wow Let It Go Shannon LOL. Your mind takes you to that place where you think something's wrong with you if your doctors haven't found anything that's a good thing. Sometimes you have to say to yourself what am I thinking I need to let this go there's nothing wrong with me
